Total charge

=Charge of one electron × Total number of electrons

=1.6×10^-19 × 3×10^8

=4.8×10^-11

We know, Current = Total charge/ time required

= (4.8×10^-11)/(10)

= 4.8/(10×10^11)

= 4.8/10^12

= 4.8 × 10^-12

Ans: The amount of current flowing in the rod is

4.8 × 10^-12.
