v=3.14*(r)^2*h
as the height is same the ratio of the radius is to be taken into account
so,
V/V1=1/4

we know that the volume is cylinder is
\pi \:  {r}^{2} h


and the volume is cone is
 \frac{1}{3} \pi \:  {r}^{2} h


so let the radius of the cylinder and cone be 2x and xb respectively.


so the ratio of the volume will be.

3πr^2h /πr^2h
3r^2/r^2
3X4/1
