Heights and radii are equal

V of cone=92.4cm3

V1 of cylinder=22/7*r*r*h

V of cone=1/3*22/7*r*r*h

92.4=1/3*v1

92.4*3=v1

277.2=v1

V of cylinder=277.2cm3
