A cone is 15.3 cm high and the radius of its base is 7.2 cm It is metled and recast into sphere find the radius of the sphere

volumes of both sphere and cone will remain same before and after,,,,
so equating their volumes
 \frac{1}{3} \pi(7.2) {}^{2} (15 .3) =  \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

Vol. Of cone = 1/3 * pi* r*r*h
= 1/3*22/7*7.2*7.2*15.3
=830.921 (Approx.) cm^3

Vol. Of sphere = 4/3*pi*r*r*r
830.921 = 4/3*22/7*r*r*r
830.921*3*7 = 88*r*r*r
17449.344 = 88*r*r*r
198.288 = r*r*r
r = 5.83 cm
