CSA of cone + CSA of hemisphere.

\pi \: r.l \:  +  \: 2.\pi. {r}^{2}  \\  \\ \pi r( l+2 r) \\  \\  \frac{22}{7}  \times 14(20 + 2 \times 14) \\  \\ 22 \times 2(20 + 28) \\  \\ 44 \times 48 \\  \\  = 2112 {cm}^{2}
