volume of big cone = 3/4×22/7×10×h
= 3/2×11/7×10×h
= 330h/14
volume of remaining frestum = 330h/14-15h/28
= 660h/28-15h/28
= 645h/28
ratio = (15h/28):(645h/28)
= 15 : 645
= 1: 43
