there you go
Dimension of the room :
length=30m
breadth=20m
height=7m
now, lateral surface area=4[(lh)+(bh)]
=4[(30×7)+(20×7)]
=4(210+140)
=4×350
=1400m^2
hence lateral surface area =1400m^2
dimension of the window:
length=3m
breadth=2m
now the area of the six window of the same dimension =(l×b)×6
=(2×3)×6
=6×6
=36m^2
now the are of the walls =1400m^2-36^2
=1364m^2
hence the area of the room =136m^2
Note:here ^2 stand for metre square ,it is another way of writing meter square.
