For cone :-

Height (h) = 21 cm

Diameter (d) = 18 cm

Radius (r) = 18/2 = 9 cm

Volume of conical cup = Volume of water it can hold

Volume of conical cup =

\implies\frac{1}{3}\pi {r}^{2}h

\implies\frac{1}{3}\times\frac{22}{7}\times9\times 9\times 3

\implies\frac{1}{\cancel3} \times  \frac{22}{ \cancel7} \times \cancel{9}\times 9 \times \cancel{2}

 \implies 22 \times 3 \times 9 \times 3 \\ \implies 66 \times 27

= 1783 cm^3

It can hold 1.782 liters amount of water

Step-by-step explanation:

Height of conical cup = 21 cm

Diameter of conical cup = 18 cm

Radius of conical cup =\frac{18}{2} = 9 cm

Volume of conical cup =\frac{1}{3} \pi r^2 h = \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 9^2 \times 21=1782 cm^3

1 cubic cm =0.001 liters

1782 cubic cm =0.001 \times 1782 =1.782 liters

Hence It can hold 1.782 liters amount of water
