→ Slant height = √(radius)² + (height)²
→ I = √(r)² + (h)²
→ I = √(20)² + (15)²
→ l = √400 + 225
→ l = √625
→ l = 25m
Now,
- Curved surface area of canvas = corved surface area cone
→ πrl
→ 22/7 × 20 × 25
→ 440/7 × 25
→ 11000/7 cm²
- The cost of the Canvas required to make the tent at the rate of ₹ 7 per m²
Total cost
→ 11000/7 × 7
→ Rs.11000
