Volume of cone - 1/3 π * r² * h

Diameter = 5 m => radius = 5/2 m

Height = 12 m

Volume of cone = 1/3 * 3.14 *2.5 * 2.5 *12
Volume of cone = 3.14* 6.25 * 4 --------[ since 3 and 12 get simplified]
Volume of cone =  78.5 m³

1 m³ = 1000 litres
Therefore 78.5 m³ = 78.5 * 1000 = 78500 Litres

Therefore capacity of that conical vessel is 78500 Litres

Hope it helps!!

D=5m
R=5/2=2.5m
H=12m
Volume=1/3pi(r square)h
=1/3×22/7×2.5×2.5×12
=1650/21 cubic m
1/1000 cubic m=1 litre
1650/21 cubic m=1650/21×1000=78571 litres(approx)
