Answer:

Given depth ( Height ) of conical vessel = 105 cm = 10.5 decimeter ( We know 1 cm = 0.1 decimeter )

And

Diameter of conical vessel = 120 cm , So

Radius of conical vessel = 60 cm = 6 decimeter

We know : Volume of cone = πr^2h/3 , So

Volume of conical vessel =22/7× 6^2 × 10.5/3 = 22×36× 1.5/3= 22×12× 1.5 = 396 cubic decimeter

Given 1 cubic decimeter = 1 kg 500 gm = 1.5 kg ( We know 1 kg = 1000 gm )

Therefore,

Weight of water contained in the vessel = 396 × 1.5 = 594 kg

Step-by-step explanation:

hope it helps you

Answer:

594kg (a)

Step-by-step explanation:

internal dimensions:

height = 105cm = 105/10 = 10.5decimeters(dm)

diameter = 120cm

radius = 60cm = 6dm

volume of conical vessel = 1/3x22/7xr^2xh

= 1/3x22/7x6x6x10.5

we get the answer as:

= 396 cubic decimeter

as per the question 1 dm^3 = 1 kg 500g = 1.5kg

for 396 dm^3 = 396 x 1.5 = 594 kg
