A constant force acting on a body of mass 5 kg changes its speed from 2m/s to 7m/s in 10s, the direction of motion of the body remains unchanged.Find the magnitude of the force (take g=10m/s²)

Answer=

F= m(v-u)/t

= 5(7-2)/5

= 5N

This was the momentum of the object.

Now to calculate magnitude we have, it's mass= 5 kg, and it's acceleration = 10m/S2

Therefore, F= m*a

= 5*10

=50N
