A constant force acts on a object of mass 2kg for 10s and increases its velocity from 5m/s to 10 m/s. Find the magnitude of applied force. If the same force was applied for a duration of 15s, what would be the velocity of the object

Answer: m=2 kg

Case I:- u= 5m/s

v= 10 m/s

t= 10 m/s

a= (v-u)/t= (10-5)/10=0.5 m/s2

F=ma

F=2*0.5= 1N

Case ii:- a=0.5

u= 5 m/s

v=?

t= 15 sec

v= u+at

v=5+0.5*15= 12.5 m/s
