A constant force acts on an object of mass 6kg for a duration 0f 3s . it increase the object,s velocity from 3m/s to 9m/s. find the manitude of the applied force

Given -

Mass - 6 Kg

Time - 3 Seconds

U - 3 M/s (Initial Velocity)

V - 9 M/s (Final Velocity)

Applying Newton's 2 Equation - V = U + at

9 = 6 + 3a

from here, we get a as 2 M/s^2

Using equation, F = ma

F = 6 x 2

=> 12 N
