According to Newton's second law of motion:

F=m×a

Hence, a=f/m

Putting the exact values in the equation, we get:

100N/50kg=5m/s.

Now distance covered by the body in 12 sec= 5m/s×12s=60m

Tips to solve questions in physics:

Every event has a specfic cause and every specfic cause has a specfic effect. And there are many factors which effect all of the thing given to you above.

Reveal the connection between a concept or equation from another concept or equation. As you can see in the above question, the question can't be answered just from newton's second law of motion. Not everything is difficult as it seems to. So, don't panic if you can't solve a question.

Before tackling an equation, imagine accurately that what would happen, if the given question was a real life experience.

Dry to find the missing details of the question by the help of which you can find the answer of your question exactly.

Develop a strong relationship with mathematics.

Give your imagination, a mathematical structure.

Focus and concentrate.

Think deep, learn deep, and understand deep.

Don't lose confidence.

Hope these tips will make your journey through physics easy.
