change in linear momentum is equals to impulse.
Impulse = force × time
= 12×45
= 540 Nsec

F=(mv-mu)÷t
12=(mv-mu)÷45
(mv-mu)=12×45=540m/s
Hence ,change in momentum of the body is 540m/s
