According to the Question

Acceleration

{\implies a = \dfrac{5}{20}}

{\implies a = \dfrac{1}{4}ms_{-2}}

{\implies v = \sqrt{2as}}

{\implies v = \sqrt{\dfrac{2\times 2}{4}}}

v = 1 m/s

{\implies KE = \dfrac{1}{2}\times mv^{2}}

{\implies KE = \dfrac{1}{2}\times 20\times 1^{2}}

= 10 J
