Answer:A constitution is a living document. With time there is a need to change the laws. Such changes in the law are called constitutional amendments. So as the constitution keeps changing according to the demands of time we can call it a living document

Explanation: we can understand this with an example. The most recent example we can take is the removal of 370 in Kashmir. With time there was a demand for presidential rule in Kashmir due to increasing riots. So the constitution was amended for the purpose.
