A consumer buys a refrigerator whose marked price is Rs 36000 from a dealer at a discount of 15%. If the rate of GST is 18%, find :
(i) the amount of tax (under GST) paid by the consumer for the purchase.
(ii) the total amount that the consumer pays for the refrigerator.​

discounted \:  amount  \\  \\ =36000-5400

=285600

GST  \: is \:  18\%

Amount  \: of  \: tax \\  \\ = 18/100  \times  285600

 = 5140800

Total \:  amount =

=285600 + 5140800

=5426400
