Step-by-step explanation:

Mass of container with cement=118kg

when filled with sand =76kg

Let's assume the mass of container be x

but it is given that

mass of cement=2 mass of sand

118-x =2(76-x)

therefore X=34

therefore mass of container= 34kg

Answer:

Please mark as brainiest

Step-by-step explanation:

Cement = 2  Sand

Cement + Container = 118 kg

2 Sand + Container = 118 kg

Sand + Container = 76 kg

Cement + Sand + 2 Container = 194 kg

3 Sand + 2 Container = 194 kg

Sand = 76 kg

Container = 42 kg
