Pressure and temperature are directly proportional - double the temperature, and pressure doubles.

15 degrees C = 288 K

Since pressure needs to be doubled, temperature needs to be doubled as well:

288 K * 2 = 576 K (or 303 degrees C).

Answer: At 303 ^o C the pressure inside the container be 30 atm.

Explanation:

P_1=15 atm,T_1=15^oC=288 K(0^oC=273 K)

P_2=30 atm,T_2=?

According Gay lussac's law:

\frac{P_1}{T_1}=\frac{P_2}{T_2}

T_2=\frac{P_2\times T_1}{P_1}=\frac{30 atm\times 288 K}{15 atm}=576 K=303 ^o C

At 303 ^o C the pressure inside the container be 30 atm.
