radius of cylinder = 6 cm

height = 15 cm

volume of cylinder = πr^2h

=>>>>>>> 22/7×6×6×15

=>>>>>> 1697.14cm ^3

radius of cone & hemisphere = 3 cm

height of cone = 12 cm

volume of cone = 2/3πr^3+1/2πr^2h

=>>>>> 1/2×22/7{2(3×3×3) +3×12}

=>>>>> 11/7(54+36)

=>>>>> 11/7(90)

=>>>>> 114.42cm^3

no. of cones = 1697.14/114.42

=>>>>> 14 cones ans
