56 * 15 = 10 * x

840 = 10x

x = 840/10

x = 84

84 - 56 = 28

Answer

Step-by-step explanation:

  1. 1 man can do the work=56×15 days=840 days
  2. Men needed to do the work in 10 days =840÷10=84 day
  3. More men needed= 84-56=28 men
  4. Therefore, 28 more men are needed to do the work in 10 days
