30- men work 20- days and complete 25% of work.

So (30 x 20)= 600 man- hours is required to complete 25% work.

So to complete the remaining 75% of work we require = (600 x4)= 1800 man-hours of work.

To complete the work in the remaining (60–20)= 40- days number of men required =1800/40 =45.

So additional workers required = (45–30)= 15
