Amount of wall left to build=1000-448=552 m
Days left=23
In each day,length of wall to be made=552/23=24 m

In 27 days,wall built previously by 56 men=448 m
In 1 day,wall built by 56 men=448/27 m
In 1 day,wall built by 1 man=448(27x56)
In 1 day,wall to be build by y men=(448xy)/(27x56)
BTP,
y=(448xy)/(27x56)=24
or, y=81
So, total men=81
No. of extra men=25 more
