so here we know

F = 20 cm

now when lens is immersed into water

\frac{1}{F'} = (\frac{\mu}{1.33} - 1)(\frac{1}{R_1} - \frac{1}{R_2})

so we will have

\frac{1}{F'} = (\frac{1.1}{1.33} - 1)(\frac{1}{R_1} - \frac{1}{R_2})

so here we can see that
