f = 10 cm
P = 1/f
= 1/10
= 0.1 Dioptre
P = 1/f
= 1/10
= 0.1 Dioptre

focal length = 10 cm or 0.1 meter
power = 1 / focal length ( in meter )
= 1 / 0.1
= 10 / 1
= 10 dioptre ( D )
