Therefore, its power is: P = 1/f(in meters) = 1/0.2 = 5D.
As, the power of diverging lens is ‒6.5 D therefore, the power of the combination is = 5D + (-6.5 D) = -1.5 D.
The focal length of the system of lens = 1/P = 1/(‒1.5 D) = ‒0.667 m = 66.7 cm.
