refractive index of lens ß=1.5
focal length in air f=18cm
refractive index of water is ß'=1.3
according to lenz makers formula,
f1/f=ß-1/(ß/ß' -1)
or, f1=(1.5-1)/(1.1378-1)×f
focal length in water f1=3.9*18=72cm
