mirrors work on the principle of reflection. the principle of reflection says that the angle of reflection is equal to the angle of incidence made at the surface of mirror. hence the property of reflection is not affected on placing the mirror inside liquid since the focal length of mirror does not change when it is placed inside the liquid.

Hey mate....

here's your answer.....

The focal length of mirror inside the liquid cannot be formed as the basic principle of reflection that is the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection..

So as the mirror gets inside a liquid it does not get the proper reflecting surface of smooth mirror , hence making it's focal length not measurable.

Hope it helps ⭐
