Given :

Mass of the box (m) = 15 Kg

Height (h) = 2 m

To Find :

Work done by the coolie on the box

Solution :

Work done = mgh

where, m = mass; g = acceleration due to gravity; h = Height

We are required to find the work done by the coolie on the box.

∴ Work Done by the coolie = 15 × 10 × 2            (Taking g = 10 m/sec²)

                                             = 300 J

Therefore, the work done by the coolie is found to be 300 J.
