Answer:

7 Hours

Step-by-step explanation:

Step-1

For this we need to find the number of numbers between 28 and (-7)

Which gives us the answer of 35

Step-2

We can convert it to the ratio of

1 : 5

x : 35

Where 'x' is the number of  hours it would take to cool the room by 35 degrees.

Step-3

We then cross multiply and get:

5x = 35

x = 35/5

x = 7

Therefore it would take 7 hours to cool the room and set the temperature to -7 degrees Celsius.
