A copper coil is connected to a galvanometer. What would happen if a bar magnet is
1. Pushed into the coil with North pole entering first?
2. Held at rest inside the coil?
3. Pulled out again?

In the first and third cases the galvanometer shows deflection due to the induced current . In the second case it will not show any deflection
