A copper sphere of radius 3cm is converted into a wire of diameter 0.2cm by hammering it.what will be the length of the wire?

so, Volume is not change ,

vol of sphere = vol of cylinder

given:

Sphere:

r =3cm

Cylinder:

R = 0.1cm ( diameter into radius)

now,

(4/3)πr^3 = π(R^2)h

(4/3)*3*3*3 = 0.1*0.1* h

4*3*3 = 0.1*0.1*h

36/0.01= h

therefore, h = 3600cm

( h= l in cylinder )
