d= 12 , r= 6 cm

volume =4/3π r^2h

for cylindrical wire

h= 36 cm

volume= π r^ 2 h

but volume of sphere = volume of cylinder

= 4/3×6×6×6×6= r^2× 36

= 1728= r^2× 36

= r^2= 48

= r= 6.928

d=2×6.928

d= 13.856cm
