We know, R = r × l/A

R= resistance

r= resistivity

l= length= 0.5 m

A= area of cross section = pi × r^2= 16× 10^(-4)

r= R × A/l = 100× 16 × 10^(-4) / 0.5

r= 32 × 100/ 10000= 0.32 ohm metre
