A copper wire has resistance of 10 ohm at 20°C what will be the resistance of 0°C ? The temperature coefficient of resistance of copper is 0.004°C‐¹​

R = R1 ( 1+ s(T2-T1)

= 10×(1+0.004×20)

= 10× (1+0.08)

=10×1.08 = 10.08 Ohms.
