Area of square = 121 = s2
Therefore s = 11

Now,

Length of the wire= 11 x 4 (4 sides of square) = 44 cm

This becomes circumference of circle

C = 2 x pi x r

44 = 2 x 22/7 x r
By solving, we get
R = 7
