Wire of length which is bent = 44cm

Therefore,

Perimeter of = perimeter of circle = 44cm

Let's find side of square by using perimeter =

p = 4 × Side

44 = 4 × Side

Side = 11

Area = Side × Side

Area = 121 cm²

Let's find radius of circle by using perimeter =

p = 2 π r

44 = 2 × 22/7 × r

r = 7 cm

Area = π r²

Area = 22/7 × 7 ×7

Area = 154 cm²

As we got area of square = 121 cm² and area of circle = 154 cm²

So, circle will have larger area
