Step-by-step explanation:

2pie r=44cm

2*22/7*r =44cm

R = 7cm

Area of the circle pie r square

22/7 * 7*7

=154cm square

Side of square

4a = 44

a =11

Area = a*a

121cm square

Answer:

hope this helps u

Step-by-step explanation:

Given, Total length of the wire=44cm

∴ The circumference of the circle=2πr=44cm

                                                       ⇒2*22/7 *r=44

                                                       =>  r=[44*7]/[2*22]

                                                        =>r=7 cm

Now, Area of the circle=π*r*r

                                     =22/7*7*7

                                     =154cm  2

Now the wire is converted into square,

Then perimeter of square=44cm

⇒4× side=44

⇒ side=  44/4 =11cm

Now, area of square=side×side=11×11=121 cm2

Therefore, on comparing the area of circle is greater than that of square, so the circle enclosed more area.
