A copper wire, when bent in the form of a square, encloses an area of 484cm^2. If the same wire is bent in the form of a circle.

area enclosed = (side)^2
thus side = √484 = 22cm
thus length of wire = 88 cm = circumference of circle
thus radius = circumference / (2π) = (88 *7) / (2*22) = 14cm
thus area = π * radius * radius = 22*14*14 / 7 = 616 sq cm.
