A copper wire when bent in the form of a square endoses an area of 484 cm , If the same wire is bent in the form of a circle . Find the area endosed by it

Area of square = 484 cm^2
so, length of one side  = √484  = 22 cm
 perimeter of square = 4*22 = 88cm
perimeter of square  = perimeter of circle 
  88 = 2*π*radius  = 2*22/7*r   so, r = (88*7)/2*22 = 616/44 = 14 cm
so, area of circle = π * r * r
                            = 22/7*14*14  
                              = 616 cm^2 (Ans)
