The Length of the wire will be used to make perimeter of the square

suppose length of such square is x cm

so area of that square = x^2

given x^2 = 484 cm^2

x= 22 cm

Perimeter of the square = 4x = 4* 22 = 88 cm

so length of wire = 88 cm which is now used to form circumference of teh circle

suppose radius of circle = r cm

so circumference of circle = 2pi r = 2* 3.14* r = 6.28 r

this should be equal to length of wire so 6.28r = 88

88/6.28 = 14.01 cm

Answer : 14.01 cm
