The people in such a country are not entitled to their democratic responsibilities since the integrity was not achieved. It should be noted that peace can not be achieved without justice. The country may be planted in to a political war which may lead to adverse effects of economic and social deteroriation. The country should come up with ways of ensuring their is a fair election for peace to prevail.
