A countryyard is 20m long 15 m brod is to be paved with brick of length 25cm breadth 12cm find the number of bricks required

number of bricks = area of countryyard/ area of one brick
= 20*15/ 0.25*0.12 = 10000

Area of country yard = 20×15=300m²

Area in cm = 300×10000=3000000cm²

Area of bricks= 25cm×12cm=300cm²

Bricks required = 3000000/300=10000 bricks
