The genotype of father is AO and phenotype is A blood group.

the genotype of mother is BO and phenotype is B bloog group.

Explanation:

Data given:

Nikki and Kimmi sisters

blood group of Nikki = 0

blood group of Kimmi = AB

genotype of parent =?

O group blood is recessive to both A and B blood groups in ABO system of blod type.

The father will have genotype as AO or BO

mother would have genoype as BO or AO

PUNNET SQUARE to show the possible combinations:

   A   O

B  AB BO

O AO OO

thus parents with heterozygous alleles for blood group would have 25% chances of AB and O blood group child.

In the case considered in punnet square the genotype of father is AO and phenotype is A blood group and mother's genotype is BO and phenotype is B blood group.
