I will request them not to do so.
I will tell them about the importance of studies in school and what major things u r missing (lectures).
If they are not ready to listen i will request my techer to tell them or i will report to their parents
But, i will not do the same as they r doing

I as their friend will first convince them not to remain absent in school as studies is more important and they are missing important classes.
I will explain them temporary happiness that they get from visiting malls is nothing compared to permanent happiness that they will get when they have established careers.
I won't go with them and discourage them from doing so.
If they continue to do that then I will report this to their parents.
