No. Of bricks = Dimension of Courtyard ÷ Dimension of 1 Brick.

⇒ 20 × 15 / 0.25 × 12
⇒ 100

So the answer is 100 Bricks.

Number of bricks to be paved = Area of courtyard/Area of each brick
According to the question,
Area of courtyard
= 2000 x 1500
Area of each brick
= 25 x 1200

Number of bricks = (2000 x 1500)/(25 x 1200)
= 3000000/30000
= 100 bricks

Hope that helps !!
