amount of grass ate by 16 cows in 1 day = 0.2*16 = 3.2 quintal
amount of grass ate by 16 cows in 2 days = 3.2*2 = 6.4 quintal = 64/10 quintal

amount of grass bought by farmer = 300/7 quintals

amount of grass left after 2 days = 300/7 - 64/10 = (3000 - 448)/70 = 2552/70 = 1273/35 quintals or 36.46 quintals of grass.
