a cow is tied to a peg at one end of a square shaped grassfield of side 17m. by means of 7m. long rope. Find the area of the part of the field in which the cow can graze.​

Area cow cannot gaze

=area of square (ABCD) - area of quarter(MAN)

=10*10–π*7*7/4

=100–22*7*7/4*7 (if we use π=22/7)

=100–38.5

=61.5m^2
